Today i asked if they sell obsidian and she says she doesn't know what that is? and she works in a jewelry store!?!?!?!??? She said they dont sell gemstones, so either change the description of your store or hire someone who actually knows about the products!!

Gave them a ring to engrave with an initial on it. 1. Did not deliver on the day they promised. 2. Even after giving them a proper mockup of how small and dainty I wanted the initial to be, they ruined it. $25 for 1 initial that they RUINED.
