Very positive experience with staff (Helena and Sonia). I've purchased from this location before and the customer service is always great. Rob (owner, I believe) is knowledgable, patient, and is not pushy with regards to selling. Favourite jewelry store! Highly recommend.

I have been a customer of Finch City Jewelers for about 2 years and I keep coming back due to the amazing customer service and the reasonable prices they charge. On two occasions the watch I purchased was defective and without hesitation Rob did what he needed to do in order to make it right. The owner is extremely professional and patient when making selections also, I couldn't recommend FCJ more highly.
