It was ready exactly when they said it would be and the entire process was incredibly simple because they are very communicative every step of the way. Most importantly, my fiancee absolutely adores her ring! Highly recommend. The set my old ring into 2 diamond wedding bands. They did a great job. They had great prices on watches I bought my husband a movado watch for his wedding gift. I send many people to them and they are always pleased.
