I bought 3 for 30 dainty earrings...simple stuff. first pair open the earing and the stud flew off and into my sink drain...ok sucks but I moved on. Second pair 2 days later open the earings the stud flew off and what do I do now glue it? I was pissed off but wasnt running to the mall but honestly so mad. Third pair it was Thanksgiving I wanted to wear them to dinner and sure enough the pearl flew off the stem so I put it in a zip lock bag and left it in my car incase I went to the mall at some point...but what do you even say? I was at vaughan mills and decided to bring it in to the store and didn't even know how to approach this situation but I felt duped and paid 37 dollars for 3 earnings that all went down the drain. They were happy to replace that one earing set but common I didn't even get to use the ones I bought. They gave me a new pair of pearl earrings thank you. Tonight 2 weeks later im taking them out for the evening and the pearl came off while the stem was on my ear..like what is this? Im so pissed off!!!! I will never ever give my money to Lovisa ever again! I get fashion jewelry but this is absurd. The photo is of tonight just taking it out of my ear it popped right off. What a waste of money.
Recently I bought apple watch wristband and it was too loose on me, I asked the cashier to fix it and she refused to do it because she was too busy with other customers. They should treat all their customers equally. I think cashier name is Monica something like that, I am not sure.
Don’t recommended buying anything from here, bought a three pack of earring and one of the earrings wouldn’t even close. I went to the store and they told me to come with all the earrings the next day for a refund or a new pack, i called again two days later telling them about it again and they said i would not get a refund or a new pack. it’s been 2 months since then and the earrings are tarnishing and one of them randomly opens after having it on all day. Very disappointing
They yonge lady whom periced my ears did well!! Thank u ..but whats up with the 2 older women dressed all in black with fake Gucci belts !!! Can't understand the rudeness from them both!!!! YOU WORK A CHEAP JEWELRY STORE!!! LMAO get a grip ? show some respect to ur customers.... its a shame this company will lose customers this way.
