Went to check out some bling and spoke to one of the sisters who work there named Mary initially but she had zero interest in speaking with me perhaps of my casual clothing. She said go speak to one of the people at the front so I spoke to Jordan Nelson and he was able to answer all my questions and help me complete my purchase. 5 star for Jordan Nelson!
Its a one star service! When I went there to pick up my engagement ring they said you need your physical Id, I didn’t have it as in email they said you need just the receipt. Abhijit didn’t even ask for the receipt and said you specifically need the ID to pick up your item. I had to travel 2 hours to and fro to get my ID which was still okay. Now when i reach there the second time they gave me my ring without even asking for the ID. This means their rules depend on their employees. If you got an employee who THINKS you need to show ID then you have to otherwise anyone can pick up your item with NO PROBLEM at all. So next time you visit this place please don’t choose employees like Abhijit or you might have to travel and waste your time and gas for the reason that Abhijit “THINKS” you need some document!
