I can't express enough how much I love going to see my family doctor. Her administrative assistant is always kind and courteous. I truly appreciate all the assistance at the Jack Nathan Health Medical centre. I highly recommend anyone to come join this establishment. I completely trust my health in their care.

Dr. Rai and her staff are impeccable! They always go above and beyond to make sure that patients are well taken care of! If you call or leave an email, the staff at the front desk are prompt to get back to you as soon as they can and they always try their best to accommodate the patients need. They are a wonderful team and I highly recommend them.
Dr.Awad is a great Dr. She takes the time to listen to her patients and is very detailed and thorough. Prachi and the rest of the staff are also very welcoming and make your visit less stressful. They are extremely helpful.
I came here for my blood work, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The staff seemed highly unprofessional and lacked the necessary skills for a basic procedure like drawing blood. The first nurse attempted to draw blood from my right hand but couldn’t succeed, leaving blood behind in the process. She then moved to my other hand but struggled for several minutes to locate the vein before calling another nurse for help. The second nurse’s technique was even worse—she inserted the needle so roughly that I experienced extreme pain, unlike anything I’ve felt before during a blood draw. To make matters worse, I was left with painful bruises that lasted for two weeks. This experience was not only physically uncomfortable but also distressing. Proper training and patient care are seriously lacking here.

From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable.The results are already noticeable, and I couldn’t be happier. Kayla truly goes above and beyond—highly recommend her to anyone considering laser treatments!
Nothing can be worse then their receptionist. She is horrible. I called for some query a minute ago and she hanged up the call before I completed my question. She need to go the school again and learn how to say please sorry and thank you. Her study and literacy is zero in front of her attitude.
