I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important for future patients to be aware of my experience at this clinic. First, the operating hours are very limited, and in my opinion, this has a noticeable impact on the quality and consistency of patient care. It often feels difficult to get timely help or follow-ups because of how restricted the schedule is. During my appointment with Dr. Mira, I felt extremely dismissed. When I asked some important questions about my care, she abruptly ended the visit and walked out, stating she “had no time and energy to deal with this.” I left the appointment feeling confused, unsupported, and honestly a bit shocked. Afterwards, I spoke with the pharmacist to express my concerns. I later learned she is Dr. Mira’s mother-in-law, and she explained that Dr. Mira was going through a tough time personally. While I can empathize with anyone facing difficulties, I don’t believe it’s ethical or fair to patients when personal issues interfere with the ability to provide proper care. Patients come in stressed, unwell, and seeking help—we shouldn’t have to worry that asking necessary questions might be considered “too draining” for the person responsible for our health. This is just my personal experience, but I hope it helps others make an informed decision when choosing their healthcare provider.
The receptionist here is highly unprofessional and extremely rude. She appears to have no understanding of customer relations and lacks basic communication skills. Her behavior towards patients is consistently mean and angry, which negatively impacts the clinic's reputation. It might be more suitable for her to pursue a different line of work.
One of the best thing about Dr Mira is her follow up commitment with my case. She’s always willing to listen and not to hurry me up. A Doctor who’s willing to provide a quality over quantity. Thank you Dr. Mira Abdelshahid

I have been visiting them more then 3 months now. Ambiance is excellent and mairiam at reception is really doing a commendable job she is always humble and reverts very nicely doctor Mira is very nice and treats you in very good way. Happy to visit this place....
I recently switched over from my GP who I had been with for over 15 years and have been blown away by how amazing my experience at Marycroft Clinic has been. From Maryam to Dr. Mira, everyone has been so welcoming and friendly. If you want a GP who will be on top of things and see you when you need to be seen, I would highly recommend this clinic!
Great place, clean, and organized. All staff members are helpful specially Dr Mira. I would highly recommend front desk employee (Maryam), always do her best to provide excellent customer service and to draw the smile on our faces during this tension and stressful period.
