If there’s one place I could recommend the least, it would be this walk-in clinic. I’ve been here multiple times in the past when I was extremely sick or in serious discomfort, and every single visit has been the same: excessively long waits, dismissive doctors, and a general feeling that they expect YOU to figure out what’s wrong with yourself. This most recent experience was by far the worst. I came in with significant chest issues, which is not something that should ever be taken lightly. I was sent for an X-ray and told I would receive results within 3 days. That never happened. On day 3, I called the clinic six times and got absolutely no answers, so I had no choice but to show up in person. The front desk staff was completely unhelpful and told me that nothing had been sent over. This was despite the fact that I had already called the X-ray clinic multiple times, including first thing that morning when they opened, and they confirmed the results had been sent. I am now on day 4, still in pain and discomfort, with zero communication, zero accountability, and zero concern shown by this clinic. The lack of urgency, organization, and basic compassion is honestly alarming—especially when it involves potential chest-related issues. If you have any serious or time-sensitive health concerns, I strongly suggest going anywhere else. This place is unreliable, dismissive, and not somewhere you should trust with your health.
I had a very great experience with Anna Tran, she was an amazing person and kind and understanding. She understood my need for confidentiality. I had issues in the past where my GP neglected to respect my privacy and respect my privacy.
In general I was pretty pleased and content how I got treated. I being looking for a new Doctor, because I moved from Toronto to Vaughan. The clinic is 10 to 15 min away by car, the Doctor that welcome me and had a conversation with me about my health issues, She was ready for me and what really I appreciate a lot, she already have my file with her. She gave me 45 minutes, very empathic, she really knows her profession and she made me feel so happy when she accepted me as a new patient. I put a 4 Star, because is a big plaza with so many medical facilities, and they need to specify which Building A or B. So for my sister and I got a little difficult to find it after asking couple of times. The clinic is pretty big, comfortable and very clean. I am so thankful to be part of MediOne Physicians.
I had a wonderful first experience with Dr. Ashaya at MediOne. She has a warm and friendly presence that immediately puts you at ease. She listened carefully, was patient and thorough, and explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed. The office itself is new, clean, and bright, and the wait time was minimal. I left my appointment feeling very reassured and confident in her care.

Anna became my doctor a few months ago. She is prompt, knowledgeable and kind. I never have to wait and the appointment goes as long or short as needed. I never feel rushed and have also started taking my preteen girls to her. She made them feel comfortable from the very first appointment and they never mind having to go see her.
Looking for a family Dr is extremely hard! The admin staff or whoever answer the email seems to be angry, communication is very poor! I requested to book appointment to speak with a Dr and it turned into a long back and forth email telling me my concern was already taken care of and I should go to after care on Steeles… I was literally begging for an appointment. I use to have an amazing family Dr (Dr Titi) who went on Maternity and since then I have been treated without any care. Got me thinking if I did anything wrong by walking into the clinic? All I asked for is to speak to Dr., get referral and treatment plan that’s all.
