I just wanted to share my experience regarding my Family Doctor Dr.Khalil Khalil, He is an amazing doctor and the overall treatment I got from here is highly satisfactory. The clinic is Nice, Staff is very supportive and Doctors are friendly, polite and highly professional.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Khalil for several months now and I can confidently say he is one of the best family doctors I’ve ever had. Dr. Khalil always takes the time to listen carefully, explain things clearly, and ensure that every concern is fully addressed. Went in for a shoulder injury, waited about 2 hours the doctor didn’t take the time to walk through the door and immediately said there’s nothing he can do and gave an Advil prescription. No examination no X-ray no check up. He didn’t even have the decency to follow up and ask if I had any questions or concerns. Dr. Bacani undoubtedly has provided the worst experience I have had with a doctor in the last decade.
The lab testing done there is not very discrete. I had to do a urine test and the lab tech told me to drop it off onto her basket which was out in the open in the waiting area. Talk about not being discrete at all. Im never doing tests there again. Also the lab technician kept the door to her office open as she was drawing my blood. I think a complaint should be filed.
Dr Bugtor, Dr Kelly, are both highly competent and wise MDs, who take the time to show care and sensitivity, coupled with worlds of experiential expertise. Highly recommend this clinic. Staff are always willing to accommodate you when possible. Thank you for your help over the years...
