Mia always does an amazing job on my nails! She’s super fast but still so precise… my refill is always done perfectly within 45 minutes. I never leave disappointed. Highly recommend her if you want beautiful nails and efficient service!

Anna was amazing. My toes look beautiful. She did great massage as well. All procedure took 1 hour wich is very important for me. I am a busy person and don't like to spend too much time in salons. Thank you to Ciel salon!
I’ve been coming to this nail salon for shellac manicures many times, and I’m always very happy with the service. All the specialists here are skilled and professional, but I especially want to highlight Jolie — her attention to detail, gentle approach, and flawless work always leave my nails looking perfect. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and the quality is consistently excellent. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch nail care.
15 min before appointment call me saying previous appointment running late??? i already walked 2 km towards the store. You should know you ran late like an hour ago and supposed to call me at that time. Will never come again.
Two times now I book an appointment online and the employee does opposite of what the appointment is booked for. I don't want to make a scene so kept my mouth shut but now it's happened twice and was made to feel it was MY fault. Even below-you made it my fault. I will not go back and will ensure like others have warned me, to not go to your location as you don't support your customers. I thought the first time was a mistake so let it go. When I came into ciel, the person let her know what i was there for and I confirmed with that them when i entered. That person told her what i was doing. -As she was doing my nails, she got up to get the bowl and in my head I'm like this can't be a coincidence again. SHE was thinking of getting away with an upsell that I did not sign for. I booked the service online and chose the option-it's YOUR job to ensure your employees abide by that. SHE should have confirmed. I'm there to relax. Not cause a scene. Your response below reflects your business ethic and I will not support it.
