Clean & spacious place, horrible service. Instead of getting the job done properly, the lady tried to talk me into getting more expensive service. Everything was rushed. The lady I got start a second job before mine was done. I later found some nail polish on my hand, uneven /pointy nails. When i asked her to fix the those, I was first rejected/asked to fix it myself, then got very impatiently fixed. When I asked if she forgot cuticle oils, I was handed a bottle of moisturizer and asked to do it myself. WILL NEVER COME BACK.
Linda has recently added new chairs and extra nail stations. The place is very clean and the staff is pleasant to deal with. Nadia took her time with my pedicure and is a perfectionist. Will definitely be back. ?
My favourite place! Had a manicure, pedicure and eyebrow waxing. Excellent and awesome staff attended to me. Included in my pedicure I got a hot stone foot massage. This was such a relaxing and bonus added to wonderful service. .Highly recommend this place!

I wish I could give them 0 star. This nail salon is horrible! Please don’t go there. It was my first time getting my nails done in this salon. After 2 days I had to go to walk in clinic with so much pain in one of my fingers, the doctor told me that my nail got infected due to unsanitary utensils the nail salon used. Initially when I first reached out to the Nail Salon to reach the Manager, they told me their manager was on vacation for 1 or 2 months (they even didn’t know when the manager was supposed to be back? I reached out to them to let them know what had happened to me and the Nail Salon Requested Photos. I sent them the photos of the infected swollen nail/finger. Someone from the nail salon called me was extremely rude and had no customer service skills at all. She didn’t even apologize. They only offered me $15 gift card and asked me to not to write any bad review. I told them I would not accept the Gift Card. Why would I use their services again after the infection they gave me. This place really deserves no stars at all!
I’ve been here 4 or 5 times but after my last experience I will not be coming back. I got shellac done a few months ago and within a week the shellac was peeling and crumbling and when I went back to the salon to ask them to redo it, they said that it’s because I didn’t get a manicure, even tho I have gotten shellac without a manicure many times. Didn’t apologize, nothing just blamed it on my choice of service. The most recent time I got a pedicure, no shellac. The nail technician I had was clearly in training and half way through my pedicure, they switched me off with a new technician to finish and it was clear that the new technician was correcting the other technicians work. Without me even saying anything, the new technician says “shellac is much better”, so he’s basically telling me that my nail job wasn’t done well and it’s because I didn’t do shellac, which makes no sense to me because many many other salons do regular nail polish pedicure and there has never been an issue. I left the salon with no complaints, and did not comment on my experience. When I got home, there was so many layers of nail polish that my nail polish was still not completely dry by the evening. So much so where I could touch it and my fingerprint would be molded into the nail polish. By the time I woke up the next day, many of my nails were bumpy, chipped off because the nail polish was too thick. Will never return back.
On the website I booked for Amy to do a full set of dip power gel nails for $45. I know french designs cost $10 so I expected the total to come to $55 which it always is. This time they decide to charge me an extra $10 for colour. My nails were not covered in colour nor does it say anywhere that colour is not included in the manicure. This also took close to 2 hours since the guy doing my nails decided to get up and leave to pick up his kids mid-way making me wait on someone else to finish. I sat there with unfinished nails for close to 45 minutes. No warning or anything. Very unprofessional and will take advantage of you.
