Teeeerrible customer service. They talked badly about me right in front of me because i was coming to get a repair for a broken nail, were telling eachother (and me) that i was lying about when it broke over and over while repairing the nail and didn't stop until i showed them proof of when i got it done/broke it from my camera roll. Also when i asked over the phone about how much a repair would cost they didnt tell me a price, just reassured me to come in. This led me to believe it was free of charge, and they didn't tell me what it cost until i asked again mid repair. It was overpriced, and most other salons would've repaired it free in that timeframe. They also did a sloppy job when i wanted matte nails leaving it extremely spotty and it took me asking them to fix it multiple times till they finally did it thoroughly/properly. I had to point out all the missing spots around 3 times. Also, I had frostbite on my some of my fingertips so i couldn't use the uv light machine on those fingers, and communicating with them about that was BRUTAL. Their english is very frustrating to communicate with, so i had to use google translate
I came in wanting cat-eye nails and even brought a photo to show the technician. I was told they could do it — but it turns out they didn’t even have the proper magnetic polish. The glitter barely showed, and it wasn’t cat-eye at all. In the end, I had to settle for a plain gel color, which didn’t turn out nice either. After more than 1.5 hours of trying and redoing, I was honestly ready to leave. I left with just a base color, feeling really disappointed. I still paid $55 and left a $5 tip, because I know everyone is working hard and I don’t want to target anyone personally. But this was not okay. If a service can't be done, please just say so — don't waste the customer’s time and money with tools or products you don't have.
Amazing experience! The salon is clean, the staff is friendly, and my nails turned out perfect. Great attention to detail and long-lasting results. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Lina for gel manicure at Nails For You for a number of years. Lina is always doing such an amazing job, she is very professional and my nails always look beautiful. I enjoy the salon atmosphere, all the ladies are very nice and friendly. I would also recommend Cathy for pedicure and Amy at the Centre street location. They are very kind and welcoming.
