The salon is clean and well-organized, and the staff are friendly and professional. The manicure was done carefully and looked great. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that it could be a bit more relaxing (music/ambience) or a little faster service. Overall, a good experience — I’d come back!
Not satisfied with the service. Terrible customer service and they don’t even speak English clearly. Wasted my time and was unhappy. Not recommended at all
I initially had a pleasant encounter with Amy today for a mani/pedi combo w body waxing. It was about closing time and I was finishing up drying my manicure. After Amy left i had only then noticed one nail French tip was uneven. I had brought this to the nail technician’s “Bong” attention asking if the uneven tip can kindly be fixed. She had fixed it and after asking her if a top coat was needed , she disregarded my question and proceeded to walk away. I then repeated the original question and she got annoyed and the response was “yayaYaaaOkkaY” rudely brushing me off !!! I had then told her this nail salon had just lost a customer for her rude etiquette and she was arguing back not acknowledging being rude at all. Then she belittled me by telling me “you be quiet now, I’m tired” It’s all about the customer experience, you do not speak in any form of fashion this way to anybody!!!! I did not deserve to be treated so rudely. Never stepping foot in this place again!!!
ATTENTION ALL>>>>>>>>BAD. VERY BAD > Me and my cousin made a call TODAY about 5 minute prior to come to "your very poor quality salon", then you said "yes come come", but after 5 min she arrived there, and you said no we have costumer. Wow! your costumer service was very poor, no apologize nothing. You are absolutely rude and have no idea what are you doing. I am going to tell my friends to not come there at all. Please take a costumer service course then run a business. If I could give you zero star, for sure I would do that. 1 start is too much for you. Plus, your salon is very dirty with lack of hygiene. UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUgh
The shellac manicure scratched in 2 day… Not one nail, 3 nails just suddenly.. when I was seating in office.. The quality of gel is horrible.. many years was going to another salons and shellac lasted for 3-4 weeks.. The customer service is unexpectable, even didn’t want to fix their mistake..
Horrible, rushed through my gel polish application, painted on top of my cuticles and then cut into them after when trying to fix. I walked out looking worse than when I came in.
