Extremely friendly and efficient service from start to end. I was in and out within less than an hour for both a mani and pedi but with amazing results. Will revisit!
I went to get some hard gel/bio gel extensions because my nails have been so fragile due to work. Upon entering, I was kindly greeted by the receptionist, consulted about what i wanted and was given suggestions. Honestly right off the bat, it was such a more friendlier and *cleaner* environment than a lot of the other nail salons i’ve been to in the area. That alone will make this my new go to nail spot! The lady who did my nails, I forgot to ask her name, but she was so so lovely and patient. She constantly encouraged me to let her know if i wanted anything changed. Thoroughly happy with my experience!

I visited this salon last Saturday for a Shellac color change and a regular toe polish change. Unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve experienced the same issue — I came in for a simple color change, but without confirming with me, the technician performed a partial manicure and I was charged for a full Shellac manicure. The technician, Ivy, seemed unqualified , and the service felt unprofessional. My nails were not painted evenly, and the next day (Sunday) I noticed that my cuticles were sore and damaged. To make matters worse, the Shellac polish has already started to chip, even though I haven’t done anything strenuous since my appointment. I’ve attached a photo taken the next day showing the cuticle damage and chipping. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality and transparency of the service. I recommend confirming prices and services beforehand to avoid unexpected charges.
