I had a really good experience at this nail salon. The place was clean and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and professional. They took their time and made sure my nails were done exactly how I wanted. The prices were reasonable for the quality, and my nails turned out great and lasted a long time. I would definitely recommend this salon and will be coming back.
If I could give 0 stars I would have done it. This was the worst nail experience ever. I wanted a French Dip and I couldn't get one. My nails were full of bubbles. It was like she just put on a top coat. I will never go back !
Came for a simple acrylic removal, and was serviced by Mary. She does not listen to you. She just rips off your nails. I kept telling her it’s hurting and she just kept saying no I know what I’m doing. I told her stop and she didn’t listen. Spoke to Emma later to try and explain why I feel upset and she kept telling me maybe it’s a misunderstanding. I don’t know how someone can misunderstand the word stop or you’re hurting me. My nails underneath are all red and hurting now.
