I went to get shellac colour taken off , and was told it would be $7, the colour was removed and shaped, badly shaped as she rushed since i wasnt worth their time.when i went to pay i was told that it had to be cash because it was under $10, i didnt have cash so i told her to just charge $10 since i didnt have cash and had to use my debit card ,she passed me the machine to pay and she had the audacity to tax me on the $10, i questioned them and they said yes i had to pay tax on it...i couldnt believe it, so i paid and left, complete rip off , definitely wont be going back...i ended up paying them $5 more on a $7 service!!!!

This is one of the WORST nail salons I’ve ever been to! They can’t even follow simple instructions or do similar imitations to pictures! I’ve never left the nail salon without my nails being properly shaped to my liking. And on top of all of that, they up charged me! My nail lady gave me a price of $90 and by the time I got to the front to pay it was all of a sudden $105. Never again!

Disappointing Shellac Mani/Pedi Experience Before Vacation I got a shellac manicure and pedicure the day before my vacation. I called ahead to confirm they could take me 45 minutes before closing, and they said yes. When I arrived, two technicians worked on me—one for my mani and one for my pedi. The manicure felt rushed, with insufficient drying time between layers. The result was sloppy: the polish was bumpy, uneven, and flooded my cuticles. It looked so unprofessional that even my 14-year-old son asked if I’d gone to a reputable place. The next morning, the polish had already started peeling—just hours before my flight for a destination wedding. I called the salon, and the receptionist remembered me and offered to fix it. Though I was pressed for time with last-minute packing, I managed to stop by an hour before leaving for the airport. They accommodated me quickly (which I appreciated, as the salon was busy). The receptionist sanded down my nails, but to my disappointment, the same technician who did the initial job was assigned to fix them. While the second attempt looked better, and the technician apologized, it didn’t last. Two days later, the polish began peeling again—now I’ll have to find a salon before the wedding. It’s frustrating to waste time and money on a service that didn’t hold up, especially since I’ve been a customer for years and this had never happened in the past. I’m not sure if the issue was the products or the technician, but this experience has left me hesitant to return. I hope they address these quality concerns so others don’t face the same disappointment.

My first time doing my French Manicure with Shellac and Chrome. Staff are friendly and entertaining. Cheap place to do nails here. Definitely will come back here.

This place has gone downhill since they changed owners a few years ago. I went for my solar gel fill yesterday and they had absolutely NO IDEA what solar gel is….on top of this, the one girl who did my pedicure didn’t even massage my feet, and she did not use the scraper either. My feet are still rough. She then left me in the pedicure chair and said someone else will do my fill. I was waiting a good 15 minutes before I asked Jenny to do my fill. She also didn’t know what solar gel was. THEN, I asked to do the same design I saw on the girl who did my pedicure, so she came to do my design and you can’t even see the design properly. It’s as if they ran out of sparkle. Then, there was the granddaughter of one of the employees who was coughing like crazy, out in the open. Gross. The child then followed her grandmother into the waxing room while I was getting waxed and stared at me the whole time. I’m so so SO DISAPPOINTED. I will NOT be back there.

Literally the worst salon I've ever been to...Instruments weren't cleaned or properly sanitized, the same wet warm towel is used repeatedly as a form of a massage. Overall very dirty. We had an appointment at 5pm, got into the chairs at 5:40 and I was left soaking my feet for 50 minutes. Staff were providing different levels of service to different clients. My two friends and I got a French pedicures and I watched how they were treated versus me by the end their feet looked very similar and mine looked like a botched version. When I talked to the staff to fix it, they gaslit me into saying my nails are cut differently, which okay fair enough we all have different sized nails but the lines they made for the French pedicures were of different thickness and did not go from end to end. The same person fixed it half heartedly and didn't bother painting the base until I asked. I literally went home and removed the nail polish. Also the price list on the wall for pedicure states $25 they charge an extra $5 for French, and the total ended up being $40 ...so I think it's fair to say they should update that price list. Overall, would NOT recommend, probably on a top 10 worst salon list somewhere.

Ive been going there for over 3 years and the NEW OWNERS are TERRIBLE. My stuff becomes more expensive each time I go in for the same services They change their prices every time i get my stuff done , Its 60$ for a mani pedi and they tried to charge me 80 . ill NEVER be going back . Reply : You’re response just shows how unprofessional you are :/ . How are you trying to tell me what services i got Still a full set doesn’t add up to 80$ silly . Ill never be coming back

Hi there I sorry that you were not happy but we did fix it for you and we do not use the same wet towel over and over we used different one for every customer and you pedicure was $30 and $5 for fench tip and you paid debit so there was tax on it so it came out to $39.55. I’m sorry again if you were not happy.
