We had two windows break on the outside pane, one from a stone thrown by the mower and another bird strike. I called the store we got them from and was surprised to find out that Frank will cover the glass for breakage like this under warranty!! I just wanted to say thank you so much for the great customer service. It's not often that you find a company who stands behind their products with a warranty like yours.

Horrible experience, ordered the Windows through Bavarian back in May. I was given a 8 week turnaround time. Windows were installed end of August and two of the windows arrived damaged. I was told the windows would be replaced in 2-3 weeks and I am still waiting. This has caused a major delay on my project and is costing me money everyday that goes by. Zero accountability on there end and not a single reach out from the manufacturer. I expected so much more from this company but the service has been appalling.
