We had to get some inserts changed from age and the company supported our inquiry honoring their lifetime warranty. Excellent customer service! Effective communication and in just a few weeks, new insert were made and professionally installed. Highly recommend this Canadian company!

I purchased sandstone colour windows for my home back in 2006 with full Lifetime warranty. The windows turned green in colour in 2007. They initially indicated they there was a pigment issue with the paint which were re-painted . Now the back windows are green and they mentioned that the warranty has expired. Poor customer service and product
I damaged a small part on my double sliding window. Unable to recall the window manufacture but knowing they were in Concorde, I contacted Vinylbilt to see if they could help. Rebecca in Customer Service was spectacular!! At her request, I emailed a photo of the part. Rebecca identified it as a VB part, created a customer order and had it in the post - all within 30 minutes of my call! This was customer service extraordinaire. After 7 years, the clips to insert the screens deteriorated but Vinylbilt replaced them for free! It took only 5 minutes. What wonderful customer service.
We have now been waiting for 9 weeks for our windows. Our job site is severely impacted. Delivery date has been moved 3 times, the sales representative has resigned due to the poor service the company is offering. Our dealer has made numerous calls with rep, order takers, and delivery people with no success. I left a message as the end user, no reply from anyone. We are in Brantford Ontario. Sadly, I highly recommend using anyone BUT this supplier.
