I was extremely happy with the recent installation of my mom's new front door from Unitech Windows. We worked directly with Richard, who spent time with us in his showroom, going over all the options. My mom's top priority was security, specifically a 3-lock system and unbreakable side panels. The installation team was efficient and professional, and we were pleased with the final result...a modern look yet providing the security and peace of mind we were looking for. I highly recommend Unitech Windows for their quality products and all around exceptional service.
Heavy on the 'Salesmanship' and very, very, very late on service and delivery. 8 months and still not finished just one door. I have to call them every 2 weeks, but receive no concrete answers as to when they can finish the door and casing:( Plus they got the casing all wrong!! Stay away from this company!! They sell you and then disappear!
A nice door but the installation proved to be a nightmare thanks to an arrogant and rude installer. It imposed extra costs on us and a lot of unnecessary aggravation. We were building a new home and the Uinitech installer was the worst trade we dealt with.
I would recommend Richard if you are in search of new windows. He is efficient, honest and fulfills all orders in a timely manner. Pictures will be posted soon!
We are very pleased with our Unitech windows. Richard was very accommodating during the whole process and the installers were excellent. Our entire house was completed in two days and the clean up was perfect. We will definitely recommend Unitech to others!
I chose Unitech Doors for my front Entry Door, and rear patio doors after going through their spectacular DOOR SHOWROOM in Vaughan. I'm glad i did, my door is going on 5 years now and it still looks great. If you are looking for a fiberglass door look no further than Unitech. Check out their showroom for great ideas.
What a great experience we have had with Unitech! We had our door installed 2 years ago, and they were so well priced and professional. Last week we got some scratches on the door due to furniture delivery. We called Unitech to come and fix the door. They came this week and did it complimentary for us! Now that’s great service. In an age where customer service seems to have gone out the window for a lot of companies, it was refreshing to receive this level of service. Greatly appreciated. We would recommend Unitech without hesitation!
