Had a great chat with Adam, who helped me get the system I needed for the layout of my house. Techs showed up, after introductions, a walk through and explanation of the best way to go about the replacement, they got straight to work. They were very well organized and very friendly, especially considering it was the hottest day of the year ( ya, a little late with this review ), like having a couple of buddies over to help with a job. Answered all of my questions and offered some great tips. Left the site so clean, you never would have guessed an install had just taken place. As a contractor in a different trade, I really notice the level of care and professionalism, which is why I highly recommend them. I know who I'll be calling in a few years for my furnace upgrade.

The company installed furnace, AC, and central humidifier for us. I like that they acted very professionally and recommended us the most suitable equipment based on our needs and structure of our house. Technical team arrived on time and all installations have been done in one working day. Also, they clean after the installation and provided very clear instructions on how to better maintain the equipment. Sales representative, Adam, is very responsive, friendly, and tries his best to help. I have only one tiny suggestion for the Company how to improve their service - it would be nice gesture to give an AC cover for free for the customers who spent thousands on the equipment and installation. Overall, I think that the service was good and can recommend Canada HVAC without any reservations.
