Rude called and asked about how much for a service call Tells me the price and then u said ok let me call my husband to tell him. And he says why do you expect me to come for free. I said obviously not I am just asking what the price would be and I wanna let my husband know. Not professional little rude. No thanks

I usually dislike leaving such negative reviews, but I want to ensure no one else goes through the same experience we have with Yoseph and HVAC Mechanical. We first called these guys to help diagnose issues we were having with our restaurant hood. Yoseph came in and took 3 hours to diagnose the problem. After this, he gave us a lengthy bill of $1600. We asked what he was replacing. He was replacing minor parts that cost no more than $50-$100 each. He said the fee was for "maintenance" charges. We now know how much he over charged us. 1 week after he completed the work, the hood stopped working. This company made no effort to come and fix their problem. When the problem was explained to them, they were completrly unsympathetic to the plight of a small business and just said that there would be another service call charge. Yoseph in particular has no character or morals. These are complete scammers that perform low level and terrible work, yet charge extensive prices. Don't go by their google rating, has to be fake. Our hood is STILL experiencing problems. We had to call in another technician to fix this guys mess. Horrible business practice. No ethics. No support for small business. Dont give these guys your hard earned money.
Be careful from this company,they are scammers,I paid $2,300 for freezer repair and cleaning ,90 days garanty ,but after around a month the freezer stopped working and he hanged up on us saying that if he will come we need to pay him $230 to reclean the freezer compressor.. now I called another company and they said nothing was done in the first place except the cleaning and gas refilling .. I tried calling the company but only his number is there..big mistake from our side
