Quick service in a time of need. Furnace was broken on a cold January night. Ahmed came to the house within the time he provided us. He diagnosed the issue and replaced the furnace fan. Courteous service! Thank you!
After 9 pm , called Maple Home Services to fix broken furnace. Got a call back from Ahmad , who promised to come within 1 hour . He came within the time period specified , quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue (replaced faulty pressure switch) . Very good and professional service , highly recommended!
I was a bit taken back when originally calling and felt the receptionist to be slightly unprofessional. She wasn’t rude or anything but it was almost like I was calling someone’s house and she told me a technician would have to call me back. The technician called within 30 mins and was able to make it out to my place in 2 hours. He worked quickly and efficiently and fixed our issue. Luckily the weather isn’t too cold yet as it’s November but had it been January or February this service would be amazing as I was told next day for a lot of companies.
I called for a quote of tankless water heater installation. Their technician called me asking for job details. So, disconnect the old tank, install the new tankless unit, for $1200. Three times more than Home Depot quoted me... Call around before you go with them.
I had the worst experience with Maple Home Services. Ahmed came to my house on April 23 2018 at 2:00 PM for a furnace diagnostic. He said it was the "pressure switch" which would be over $600 to repair and pushed me to get a NEW furnace instead. Next day, another technician came in, said it was actually the "limit switch" and fixed it up for fractions of the price. My furnace has still been working beautifully and more years of life. I paid $70 and had to take off work, only to get a mis-diagnostic, and listen to his sales pitch. A human error diagnostic is unacceptable for a "licensed professional"! Don't waste your MONEY and TIME.
We got our air conditioner replaced and we got a very high end and very quiet air conditioner ,, the company delivered more than they promised, we got free air conditioner cover . We really recommend the company.
