Mike charged us $450 to cut a hole in our wall when there was no duct behind it and required no serious rerouting. He put on the same rusty old grate stating he couldn't find a new one the same size. Drywall was done very sloppy, left sharpie marks all over my wall and said he was doing me a favour by patching up the hole where the old grate used to be. In the process he also dropped his drill and broke a tile in my kitchen. After some arguing he agreed to pay for the broken tile. Overall a total scam given that all he did was cut a hole. We should have been informed that there is empty space behind the wall (No duct or pipes) and there was no need to charge over $400 for a poorly done hole... Don't use this company. I am editing this review because Mike proceeded to call and harass me over the phone to change the review. Like I said, work with a different company unless you want someone to yell at you over the phone. Please see the photo for Mike’s definition of a job well done.

Fireplace unit is great but installation was anything but great. Owner and his assistant showed up late, were not very careful and scratched up my mantle to the point where I have to repaint it (see pictures), they installed the screen crooked (see picture) and when I called them up to ask to come back and fix it, they said I did it and refused to return to fix it. I would think long and hard before calling up GTA Heating and A/C Inc.
After two days of researching tankless water heater replacement scenarios (with no hot water btw), we called Mike Hojjati. Within a few hours of the call, Mike had answered all our questions, shared his impressive expertise, sourced a new Navien unit, scheduled an appointment and completed a complicated installation that required moving venting (oh, and left the basement floor cleaner than he found it). His back office team handled the paperwork quickly and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. Mike is a real professional ... thank you Mike!
We had a great experience with this company, Mike and his team installed a new heater, serviced the furnace and the fireplace.
