My furnace has stopped working, and the house is freezing. I tried calling your after-hours emergency line — it says to press 1 for emergency service, but when I do, it says the entry is invalid. This is not acceptable customer service, especially during an emergency situation. Please arrange immediate assistance.
No doubt they have such a bad review. I moved to a new place which and they have E-M Air system's sticker on the furnace and their number for any service or sales. When you call them, they don't even have this house as a customer. The guy was totally helpless and was asking me to google for the solution.
Had a new Carrier air conditioning system installed by EM Air. The crew was courteous, professional and very neat. We’re very happy with the result and would recommend EM without reservation.
Good service fast and reliable And the guy who answers the phone i think his name is Allen he was very helpful explained in detail the whole process If I have any hvac furnace problems I'm definitely calling these guys the real professionals
Without AC from 7 days already and still no assurance on when the issue (installation) will be fixed.. what a unprofessional attitude .. definitely not in business for customer service.. may be in business for more than 30 years because of the cheapest quotes to the builders
Terrible customer service. We built a new home and they were the installation company for our air conditioner. Our air conditioner unit was not working form the time moved in the home which means they did not test it. We tried to get service quickly as it was 30 degrees in our home since Sunday, it’s now Wednesday and we have 2 small children. Their service manager Allan was very rude on the phone with me and stopped returning my phone calls. When I tried to talk with someone else I was told I couldn’t and I would have to wait for a call back, no urgency what so ever. We have been trying to have a technician come out for over 48 hours and nothing so far.
My thermostat and heating at my new home (just moved in a week ago) is not working. It's showing house temperature of 52 and 62 degrees when I had set it at 72 a week ago. I've called EM Air regarding this emergency but phone just cuts off. Why is there not an emergency response for such an important issue?
