The attitude of the employees was really pathetic as they were near closing we entered the store and two of the employees reacted as if we were some thieves, one of them literally told us we are closing you need to leave right now by directing with hands, the store manager should teach basic customer service to them, dont work in customer service if you do not know how to respond to someone,
I visited Call It Spring on Saturday and received excellent service from Rosemary. She was professional, very attentive, fast service, and knowledgeable about the products. She made the shopping experience efficient and enjoyable. I highly recommend her assistance. PS. i absolutely LOVE my sneakers!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I can’t even begin with how ecstatic I left with my recent experience at Vaughn Mills, all Just because of Rose Mary’s very polite, determined and professional service. She was so accomodating and helpful in providing me with all the sizes and ongoing deals. Sale seasons could be sometimes overwhelming for employees. But she was very calm, professional, helpful and that too with a very positive demeanour. She deserves a raise!!! will be definitly coming back if exceptional staff like her would provide the seevice.
I visited your store today and had one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. A sales associate began helping me and brought out one pair of shoes after about five minutes. I asked for a second pair, and she said she would get them. After waiting 15 minutes, she returned, not with the shoes, but with a Starbucks drink in hand, and seemed surprised that I hadn’t received the second pair yet, despite the fact that she was the one assisting me. I then waited another 5 minutes before she informed me that the shoes were out of stock. This entire situation could have been avoided if she had simply checked on the availability before taking a break to get coffee. It was clear that getting Starbucks was a higher priority than providing a basic level of customer service or respecting my time. I left the store disappointed and frustrated. This kind of service makes it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority. I hope this feedback encourages better training and accountability for your staff.
It was a wonderful experience at Call It Spring thanks to Mojgan, one of their sales associates. She was incredibly kind, supportive, with positive attitude and patience made shopping such a pleasure. If you visit this store, ask for Mojgan—you won’t be disappointed .
I love love call it springs as it is vegan. I don't find my size in store, I like to try and then buy. Store is usually busy, staff are running around to attend customers. I hardly get any support from the staff but I still manage to buy from call it springs as loyal customer.
I was at this location today. The manager came at me aggressively asking me to sanitize. She said it was her store policy. I refused to sanitize as I walked in the shop. I told the manager I sanitized at the Disney Shop and made a purchase there. The manager wasn't even wearing a medical mask. I told her to go put one on and be professional. She has people in the shop with with the wrong masks and shouting at me about sanitizing my hands. The manager made up the policy as soon as I entered the shop as soon as she saw me. This is called racial profiling. Same rules should apply for all the other folks in the shop. There is no policy stating I must sanitize my hands before entering the shop. This manager should be fired. This lady needs to go. Racist.
