I had a great experience at Mister Safety Shoes. I bought a pair of safety shoes and socks, and the service was excellent. Mike was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He made sure I found the perfect fit and answered all my questions. I came here based on a recommendation from a coworker, and I’m really glad I did. From now on, this is the only place I’ll be buying my work footwear. Highly recommended!
I am surprised by the high reviews. I felt very unwelcomed here. Nobody asked me if I needed help with anything. I had to ask multiple times first. Even then I was not greeted with smiles. Everyone seemed very depressed and curt for some reason.
An employee name Mike is so annoying and did guide the customer well and he doesn't want to sell anything. He really not deserves to work in customer service.
Luigi the store manager has been incredibly helpful and informative. He was very patient and caring for my son’s first safety shoes…. Thank you once again.
Limited stock, and a deposit is required if you want to try on a pair of boots in your size if they don’t have it in stock. Newmarket location is much better.
Sude was very helpful in assisting me. I have a very wide toe, and most shoes in general don't fit me. She was able to help me find a pair that were very comfortable, while also informing me of their shoe stretching service. I will definetly be back to stretch my Blundstones out next week! Great service. Professional, and thoughtful.
I used to come here with my mom for years but it seems like the customer service level has declined significantly. The store manager- Esha- was extremely rude, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. She walked away while I was inquiring about a shoe for my mom who does not speak English— once I said “excuse me”, she turned back around to listen. She gave us trouble about returning a shoe my mom’s workplace said was not up to par with safety shoe regulations. I then had to remind her that the store has a 3 month return policy. She walked by us multiple times when we were looking for help and ignored us. Once we got her attention and asked for a shoe to try on, she tossed a shoebox down for my mom to grab and walked away immediately after. I had to go and ask another associate to help us after dealing with her rude attitude. Seriously, i get It if she’s having a bad day but that doesn’t mean it’s okay to take it out on customers.
