I came into this store a few weeks ago to pick up an online order. As I was leaving, one of the employees loudly and publicly yelled “miss you need to pay for those!” This was absolutely mortifying and embarrassing. Why are you making false accusations on a paying customer? I reported the incident to the store manager, who stated that they had thefts at the store. This situation was not managed well. I will not be retuning as a customer. Instead of putting your customer base at ease, you falsely accuse them of stealing.

The shoes are stunning, price is reasonable but overall quite expensive. But it is the price for The Brand. It is what it is. Overall, outstanding choice of products and brands, service is great, convenient location.
I came in yesterday trying to purchase some shoes and had to leave due to feeling dizzy and hot. Why does the AC not work especially in such heat warning conditions? This is unacceptable and inhumane. I will not be coming back to this store again. I’d rather shop elsewhere that actually cares about its staff and customers. 0/10.
I would give zero stars if it was an option. I walked in to buy two pairs of shoes and stood and waited while 3 employees just talked amongst themselves and didn’t offer any assistance.
