The employees at this store go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and to serve you with attention and friendliness. We are always greeted with a smile when we come here. The staff takes their time with you and really are attentive to your needs. They are not pushy at all. Aniket was especially wonderful to deal with as I took a lot of time to find the right pair of runners that my custom orthotics would properly fit into. I tried on several pairs and he was patient and very helpful, explaining the fit of each shoe and what might be right for me. It was a pleasure to shop in this store.
Terrible experience with little burgundy. No customer service but only troubles. Don’t bother to spend any money there. Their business is dying and don’t give a damn about customer service at all. They can’t figure out their problem, give the problem to the customers… We bought a pair of winter boots for my mom on line. Tried them on when we received and found too small. We placed an order for a bigger size on the same day we received the first pair. We contacted local store at Vaughan Mills shopping centre, and was instructed bring the shoes and credit card used for the purchase they will have to boots returned. We brought the boots to store but were told they can’t return it for us as the boots were used not new. It’s very interesting that 1. Why I received a pair of used boots from their distribution centre? 2. If little Burgundy sold a pair of used boots to me, shouldn’t little burgundy solve the problem and let me return the boots? The lady in charge told me their policy says they don’t the boots back if it was worn regardless if I received them from store in used condition. This is very rude and unacceptable to me any store sells a used item to costumer and tell costumer it’s your own problem once you receive it.
Had a great experience here! Went with my sister and the attendant Julian was of great help! Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and was able to answer any of our questions.
First and foremost, Amazing staff!! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted, and there was more than one person ready to assist me. Right off the bat all the staff had really great energy. ANIKET was the main person helping me. He made my hunt for the perfect everyday casual shoe for Uni so much easier and less stressful. He provided me all the benefits of the shoe especially because comfortability was my main concern. GRAUTAUM also assisted in helping me find the right shoe! He was wearing the same pair I picked out! So I knew his opinion could be trusted. Both of them helped me with finding the perfect cleaning kit. I also picked up the new UGGs and both gave really good insights on how to care and maintain both shoes so they last long and always look fresh. There are a lot of shoe stores out there but I highly recommend this store specifically because of their really welcoming, helpful, and friendly staff. I spoke with two other staff members and they were also really nice and easy to relate and talk to about my needs in terms of footwear. 100/10!!
My daughter and I had such an amazing experience at Little Burgundy thanks to Ivan! He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable about the shoes and styles and so funny! Ivan went above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for, offering great recommendations and making the shopping experience enjoyable from start to finish. The best customer service experience I’ve had in years!! As soon as we walked in two sales guys greeted us. We came in to buy my son rain boots. I can’t remember the name of the guy who served us but was so friendly and helpful. It was so nice to have someone interested in you and your purchase. Thanks so much!
