The best choice for the smallest ones, especially for their first steps, when it’s so important to ensure their first steps are correct, and their feet would develop properly. Amazing prices - a pair can be as low as $15, average $40, which is simply a WOW!!
Good design, terrible customer service. I bought a pair of shoes, which was bitting my heels. When I asked for a solution they answered it's not refundable and your feet are not perfect! I do not recommend this store for buying shoes!

Vaughan Mills has changed the operating hours since re-opening post COVID. Not realizing this I came to the store around 10:30 AM. One of the ladies opening the store saw me peeking through the window and came and opened the door for me to come in. Essentially letting me in 30 mins before they are scheduled to open, as they now open at 11AM. She was very friendly and accommodating. She helped me get two pairs of sandals for my girls. I appreciated this greatly because she obviously saved me a lot of time. Such a pleasant experience. Lovely customer service. Keep up the great work guys!
This is a great geox location Sales staff and management are exceptional. They will help you anyway they can . Whether you buy new arrivals or sale items, they are always there for you. Thank you very much
Good quality worst customer service. I bought a pair of shoes, I asked the lady about the return policy she told me 2 weeks refund or exchange. She didn't mention at all if shoes are on sale they won't be refundable because she was busy enough talking with other girls behind their store manager. When I went back to return the shoes after 10 days she told me because these shoes are on sale you cannot return them, only exchange. If you wanted to return them you should have paid the full price!!! I'm so sorry for GEOX for having such a terrible customer service. Sorry geox you lost one customer.
