This place is really great! The employees are super helpful and very accommodating. They have pretty much every size and style of safety shoes at very reasonable prices. I got 2 pairs from them myself. Highly recommended!
Just visited Work Authority at 7887 Weston Road in Vaughan, and had a great experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles. I explained to Jason what my employer required me to wear, and just by looking at my current shoes, he immediately recognized that I needed a wide fit. In no time, he brought me the perfect pair that met all the specific requirements. Jason was both friendly and professional throughout the process. At the cash register, Alex helped me apply my discount coupon with no hassle. Thank you so much, Jason and Alex, for the excellent service!
Employee Victoria is extremely kind, helpful and easy to talk to. Shoes are amazing quality and with the help of Victoria I found what i needed to find efficiently and easily.
I had a very pleasant experience with the 2 girl workers at the cash! Very helpful and seems very evidently like they know there stuff !! Would totally come back here.
The cashier's & CSA's (Two girls) are too rude when we asked about the process on how to redeem Amazon vouchers & the way they talked to us was really Bad cz there is way where once can politely say that they don't know the process. Post checking the reviews it seems that it's a common issue with customer service at this store. The management must teach the staff on how to deal with Customer
I was told by multiple employees at various locations that refunds or exchanged would be possible at any location regardless of where they were bought. I was told at this location is have to go back to the original purchase location to do an exchange! Customer service was no good I will not be returning I have attached the "clearly worn" shoes in this review now. One employee went as far as to say that he saw salt from where they were work recently. Use your own judgement ( keep in mind the beige you see in the hard plastic is a reflection as my laundry room is that colour it's never in the same spot twice)
Been to this location years ago and many times treated like a true customer.The staff totally have no interest for the company.You walk in and your on your own until you actually stress you need help.They do Not advise you of different options when you can't find your the size of your coat.You have take matters in your hands and ask them how to go about things.When we realized that my smaller size wasn't there i was immediately diverted to another brand rather than tell me of the other stores that may have my size.Its pretty sad when you have to ask and you can tell how much the youth care .The worst part the store is dead and the interest of the customer is on the back burner.I brought business with my crew to the woodbridge location and decided it's time for a change.I know Marks is pricey but they also have good skills in customer service something not only Work Authority lacks but many in Ontario.
