Terrible terrible terrible! The manager has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! (Not sure why she he's that position) Long story short I came to pick up my shoes but she couldn't see the order in the system and suddenly she became really offensive! I really like shoes from Johnston and Murphy but I will NEVER go to this location again!Ps the other staff members were really polite.
