Great Company. They installed a heat pump and did some other work in our condo. After the Job was finished the place was clean and spotless. This is a professional company and I'd recommend.
Ambient serviced my in-condo heat pump for a decade after being recommended by the building manager - the building manager has since been fired by the condo board without explanation. My heat pump always required service to change from summer to winter and Ambient eventually installed a new heat pump for over $5,000 which never worked properly. After spending thousands more, I finally hired an independent contractor to install another new heat pump which has worked perfectly. I discussed my problems with Ambient with other residents of my condo and discovered a litany of complaints and concerns about competence and overcharging. The Ambient service techs are presentable but they appear to have no experience and are constantly on their phones getting instruction. I would strongly advise that you not engage Ambient for heat pump service.
