I had a great experience with Green Heating and Air. Their team was on time, knowledgeable, and solved the issue quickly. They gave me clear explanations and fair pricing. I’m very happy with their work and definitely recommend them for any HVAC needs.
Since we moved into our new home, the hydronic heating system never worked. We called a number of companies and finally decided to go with GREEN Heating and Air – they came through as experienced and honest. Ehsan is very knowledgeable and had recommended a Viessmann boiler with indirect tank for floor heating and domestic hot water. The price was fair, and had the crew in two days later for the installation. The work was completed in a day, and we finally had our hydronic system working! The crew was professional and polite – I’m very happy with the installation and their service. I would recommend them for hydronic heating installation work.
Last week I called the Green Heating & Air to fix my furnace, they sent the technician to inspect the unit and given a quote. The technician asked $100 cash in advance not $40 as per advertising and has to wait 2 days before the part arrived. Upon the schedule date, they knew we were cold and the room temperature keep dropping down and it was very cold. They take an advantage by jacking up their price by saying they couldn't be able to buy the part with the quote they original given before. They need more money otherwise find someone else because the part they bought is more expensive which 50% increase. They don't honor their words and very manipulated their technician has a bad attitude and sloppy work. They required cash instead and No receipt or warranty of their work was given. I do not recommend anyone to this company and be aware when dealing with this company. They are not an honest as it sound in their advertisement.
WARINING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY When I called them to book an appointment to look at our two heating and air conditioning units on a flat roof they were 6 hours late and sent a man who was not physically capable of going up in the roof. They constantly lied about attending and wasted my time as I was waiting for hours on end in the days they said they would come and fix the units. After several missed appointments they turned up and said it would be fixed that day, but yet again another lie as they now said they had to get a part. This was now over a week of waiting and our guest and persons within were freezing. When I called them they constantly lied saying, it will be fixed that day, their coming to fix it, their waiting for a part at the suppliers, (I can clearly hear he’s in his vehicle) etc, they never answered the phone when you called them and have to text as the mail box is full. Their are elderly people at the building and theses cowboy Technician’s have no respect of decency in them at all. Liars and cheats in my books, disgusting! I am still waiting for him to call me back, what a joker. It was a totally of 16 days he messed us around and he feels no kind of guilt!!! It is a very unprofessional “business” if you can call it that and I advise all not to use this company, they will waste your time and money. THE ABSOLUTE WORST HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING COMPANY EVER!!!
