I visited the store today, Everything was fine the lady near the fitting room was very nice and helpful, but the cashier was way too rude, I figured his name is glen, since someone called him and he responded, I asked him if they have any size in the back. he straight away said no with a condescending tone and then I asked the lady in the fitting room and she literally got exactly what I asked for to glen, for what he said they don’t have. And then on the cash I was literally waiting for him when he was right there using the phone and smiling. And overall the guy was really rude and ignorant and unhelpful, Would never want to visit again after such disrespect.
It’s definitely all about quantity over quality here, but there are a few items that you could wash more than once and you might be able to use it again. Not the same blue notes from back in the day.
Terrible experience. Associates were rude when asked to open the trial room . He looked at me like I am getting clothes for free. He didn’t even know the certain item was not included in sale . I was on counter for more than 10 mins before they finally decided to come to cash counter . And were busy gossiping about people in store.
Disappointing customer service. Seems like the workers don't want to be there, they were just talking to each other the entire time. They seemed to be upset when I interrupted their conversation to ask for help.
Employees had no smiles, three of them were just doing their own thing.....checking inventory when there were about 4 customers inside the store. I asked an employee if an item I was holding is 50% off. She said " not sure, you can ask the cashier " I was ready to cash out and was waiting to be assisted. Two employees were at the cash register, didn't acknowledge my existence.....and no attempt to assist me...so I left.
I like this location because they sell kids clothing as well. Not an outlet store but the deals are decent. I find they always have some of the best inventory in all sections comparison to other locations.
I get it, it’s cheap retail, but like bruh. Both the employees clearly stated they hate their job when I was in the store. Cashier didn’t know how much to discount my clothes for, and they left the security tag on my clothes. Proof I didn’t steal them below ⬇️. At least do the bare minimum
