Amazing service great September and staff. Farha and Adriana are amazing. I walked inn minutes before close yet they served me without rushing me. Its the no 1 store for me. I will always come here compared to other locations as the service was above expected especially when you enter minutes before closing time
Stopped in because I needed an outfit for a next day event. It didn’t take much more than 5 minutes for them to hook me up with a great looking outfit and double kudos to them for being able to put a rush and do same day alterations for me. I will be stopping in again very shortly for some more clothes. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable especially the store manager. Easy 6 out of 5 stars!!!
I have never done a review but I feel that Richard's big and tall deserves one the service was excellent Sia the young lady that helped me was very professional I had no idea what size I am but she knew right away what size clothing I would fit into I was very happy and grateful for her service also the atmosphere in the store was very good and made me feel comfortable I would definitely recommend going here
-5 stars!!! I came into the store this evening 20 minutes before closing which is considered open. After waiting for a salesperson I found one and was told he'd be with me in a minute. I was then told by another person that the store was closed. After explaining my mom had passed away one day ago she showed me zero compassion and complete disrespect. The salesperson neil came back and said he'd help me. He was very nice and helped me. Neil gets 10 stars from me and I highly recommend to ask for him to help. As for the woman with no heart I hope you learn a lesson when someone shows you no compassion like you did to me this Christmas!!!
The service at this store is bad I look around for a while and no one ever asks me if I need help. And then I check out it was like I was a inconvenience to the staff there was 4 staff members at the time.
Terrible service they look at you like you shouldn't even be in the store they walk by you they don't even ask you if you need any help what is difference in a store from a few years ago they used to be so friendly and so wanting to help I guess they made too much money
Unfortunately being a big person is punishable by high priced suits and clothing. The tip top side boasts deals and has a wide selection of decently priced suits and clothing. The Big and Tall side, overpriced and extremely expensive. It's unfair how larger people are treated disrespectfuly because of their size,and unfortunately nowhere else to get a readily available suit. Service was ok but again price was absurd.
