So many high school workers but they’re all clueless and have no customer service skills. They offer to help so when you ask if they have a specific item, they say “well I’ve never seen it but if you have then it probably exists” Don’t even bother looking up the item or trying to help further.
THIS PLACE IS SO GOOD! Once i came in, a worker immediately asked if i need help! And when i went to change the worker there was so nice and friendly and polite, and these clothes are very very good, i love the style! I recommend this place!
The staff at this store were quite unprofessional. When I asked one of the employees about an item, she merely told me to look around and said that if it was on display, they had it, otherwise, they did not. After I found a top to purchase, the cashier did not greet me and was notably unfriendly. I often feel anxious when faced with rude or dismissive service, and this experience was no exception. While I searched for my loyalty QR code, the cashier tapped the counter impatiently, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. She did not thank me after the transaction, either. Shopping is usually a way for me to de-stress, but experiences like this make me prefer staying home and ordering online instead.
The girls here are a hit and miss. Sometimes they are really sweet and sometimes they arent. A girl in the changeroom once rolled her eyes at my friend and I when my friend placed her clothes in the clothing pile meanwhile the girl was no where to help :( However, some other girls are always so sweet and helpful. I believe her name is cinzia and veronica maybe, they are really great and supportive!
Amazing customer service!!! I was helped from when I walked in, getting assistance for where a specific top I wanted was, and was offered solutions when the size I wanted was unavailable. Beyond being helpful and knowledgeable, the kindness of the staff truly made a difference. It’s so nice to be surrounded by so many helpful, smiling faces! :)
Nikole - thanks for your spontaneity in extending help to me when I visited the store to buy my daughter some clothes from Garage. Honestly, I don’t know much about women clothes but thankfully your help proved to be consequential. Great to witness such courtesies and efficiency. I got what my daughter wanted in literally 5 minutes. I wish we had more people like Nikole in the merchandise business. Well done!
I have very bad experience with this store in Vaughan mills mainly becoz of the lady Simone B who is working in that store . This person has literally had some problems. If we standing in the store she will say u can’t stand here , move there , then move there , not here move there etc… For a 500sqft store where people has to stand . Yesterday again the same person Simone B , same incident. I kind of felt it is kind of racism this person is doing. I am returning an item which I bought couple days back where there is a small stain of lip stick which must have happened when 100ppl tries it . I returned the items in the same condition i got from the store .She is telling me she will do a favour by giving store credit . Garage sell a damaged item and they r doing me a favorThen after lot of confrontation she gave a return. Unbelievable. Garage employees has to make sure they r selling saleable items to the customers . Garage should understand that ur items r not cheap either . I am sure lot of customers will have complaint about this person
