Perfect place to buy clothes and shoes, especially "fashion" clothes and baggy street wear, really like this place, additionally with its price, very good quality for ots price, recommend to anyone.
Extremely horrible experience shopping here. Bought a few items online and wanted to return some items in-store. Long story short, they made it extremely difficult and they didn't even know their own policy. The policy states that if the item is on sale for more than 70-80% then returns are not allowed. It literally says that in the return policy. My items were on sale but not even close to 70-80% off. They claimed the policy states 50% off, but I showed them the policy and corrected them. Then they came up with another excuse saying they don't sell this item anymore, so they couldn't accept the return. I bought items a few days ago... so if you stop selling it all of a sudden, then I am stuck with it? That doesn't make any sense. Return window is 30 days! Then another item I bought from the Urban Planet website had to be returned at another store... How ridiculous is that? They told me to walk to another store to return it at Forever 21! Horrible experience. Bottom line is, don't buy anything from this store or any other store that is related to this store, like Forever 21. Returns are a nightmare and you have teenagers running the place that don't know anything.
The worst place to buy clothes and not for the quality just that experience buying them is bad . I was there today the Manger name Daniel was abusing the other employee in front of the costumers clapping her hand to call on her insulting her ao many times...so rude so unkind she keep saying we are Canadian company... shaming the Canada's Kindness . I hope someone will see this from the upper management...
I went in with my two nieces for some Christmas shopping and found some great mini gift sets,sweaters and pajamas. The employee at the front helped us with specific tshirts my nieces wanted. She was very friendly and put our pile on the side so we didnt have to carry them while shopping. Though The store was quite busy, the floor staff and cashier were very kind and helpful. Our checkout was quick. Overall a great shopping experience. Thank you!
This store has a lot of good deals and a large selection of clothing for men and women. I also found that the employees were very helpful in explaining what the sales are. Overall, a smooth shopping experience!
Lazy staff wouldn't take a size off the mannequin for my son, who needed an elf sweater for his Winter Spirit committee at his school. The Assistant manager said it was "head office policy", but we went over to Urban Planet Kids and the manager there had never heard of that policy. Pretty Scroogy for a store that specializes in holiday sweaters, especially since they had other sizes to dress the mannequin with. My family supports the Promenade all year, not just at the holidays, but with customer service lacking this bad it makes us want to go to Vaughan Mills or Yorkdale.
I had a terrible experience here a few years ago. I tried returning a white bodysuit that I never tried on because it had yellow stains on the bottom. I explained to the cashier that I didn’t see them when I purchased them and she brought the manager in (understandable). He blamed me for putting the stain on and that he wouldn’t take it back. He then proceeded to tell me he wouldn’t “sell this and put it on display.” He wasn’t the one who cashed me out and to be frank, there’s thousands of articles in the store so I doubt they quality check every single item. He told me to call head office if I want a refund and that he won’t deal with me or my “lies”. He had an incredibly condescending tone with me and spoke to me super slowly and loudly as if I didn’t speak English. I don’t care if he was having a bad day, I didn’t deserve being spoken to like that. I was only 16 at the time and I didn’t have the confidence to defend myself. He still works there. I don’t go in anymore.
