Dropped by yesterday to Vaughan Mills and was impressed with the level of service, quality of products and pricing. Esmeralda helped me a lot and was able to order the correct size jacket I wanted, assured me that I would receive it on time for an event and promised to call me when the item arrives!
Rida is a lifesaver. I have a flight today and nobody was able to help repair this as it’s Sunday and with me and Danier it’s a warranty issue that’s partially my fault with the luggage and they made a one time help (exchange) for me knowing my urgency and all factors related to me as a client. Very rare for employees to be so caring and considerate and advocate for me rather than their own interest. I really respect the brand as I always have with luggage’s/bags/jackets and now further confirm that they have excellent service if it’s warranted. Thank you again to Rida and the store manager as well. Great product as well.

I had a bad experience in this store. I chose leather jacket and the seller just pursued me. I bought the jacket under pressure and when I came home and looked at it in detail I found terrible scars on the back of the product. it was like herpes scars all over the skin. ( I still don’t know if it’s safe to wear and use. it can be dangerous). I tried to contact the support service, I came to the store and I was faced with a complete disregard for my problem. In response I heard only lies and humiliation. After another request to the support service I was contacted by a manager, but I never received an answer to my questions. This shop sells products made of rotten leather. don’t waste your money.

I was at the Vaughn mills Mall with my husband and 2 kids. One is 6 years old, and the other one is 15 month old he was in a stroller. We walked by Danier leather store and my husband said let's take a look at their collection as he is looking for a anniversary gift for me... and we absolutely love anything leather. As we walked in the store nobody Greeted us. My 6 years old daugter saw a red leather jacket and said "mama look a red jacket" and started to show me her toy that is the same color. She was holding her tiny little red toy right beside the jacket. An older lady with blonde approached us and said " I am going to have to ask you to stop her as these are very soft jackets and they will get ruind" i was just shocked at her rude behavior and comment..my husband heard her too we just left that store without looking at anything as we didn't feel welcome at the store and we were disgusted by that lady's behavior. She lost a potential costumer and business. Please teach your staff some basic manners and how to treat little kids. Would never shop there!! Just Horrible!!!
Jacket was shipped witha messed up collar. I asked to return/exchange the item and it was rejected because it was final sale. It's unreasonable to pass the cost of repair onto the customer. I was expecting a lot more from Danier in terms of quality and pride. I definitely will advise those close to me to stay away from Danier
