There was a sales associate (or manager?) standing on the platform by the window conversing with her friend. I thought the friend worked there. I asked for help on an item. The friend backed away looking at the sales associate, who was very annoyed I asked a question. She called on another hire who seemed new, because I didn’t get much help. They continued on their conversation like they are on an outing. The cashier was just as horrible. She rudely said she isn’t taking anyone. I walked away. No idea how this store is running. The only person who tried to help was petite Asian one. Everyone else was in their own little world. This was October 26.
Went here because I needed a dress for an event that night. I was able to find one that I liked. Waited a little bit to pay, but a second associate came to take care of me, which I appreciated. Prices are very reasonable.
The customer service in this specific store matches the quality of the clothing. The Asian lady working cashier (who claimed to be a manager) has a disgusting tone and zero customer service skills. I do not recommend this location.
The staff at Dynamite Vaughan Mills, especially Laura, go above and beyond for their customers. During my most recent visit, I was in need of extra assistance and Laura and her colleagues were quick to come to my aid. I highly recommend this location for not only your shopping needs, but for the outstanding customer service.
It's such a shame I cannot rate this store more than 5 stars. Yesterday my mother who doesn't speak English came in to make a purchase. She needed assistance but unfortunately was unable to communicate her needs because of the language barrier. She told me one of the staff members, a young lady wears glasses with brown hair went above and beyond in order to help her. Her customer service was exceptional and was an example of how customers should be treated. I am beyond impressed by her willingness to help and go the extra mile in order to achieve customer satisfaction. My mother was so happy when she explained to me her dilemma and how the young lady was able to help her. God bless employees
The associates are very rude. Help you with the fake smile and then gossip behind your back. So unprofessional and rude. Ruined my day. So disappointing.
Recently visited dynamite to do some shopping for my sister’s birthday. Right away I was kindly greeted by the sales associate Laura. She was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect gift. Definitely recommend checking out the store and there amazing staff!
