Had an awkward experience with the employee in a white top, at the door. There was an older lady lined up at the entrance, waiting to enter, and as they were letting people out of the store she told the woman at the front to wait her turn and lecturd her. I understand if shed been pushing ahead, but the lady hadnt so muched as glanced in. Really rude to her, I just left the line and the lady in front left as well.
I had a very disappointing experience at this store yesterday morning. The old lady with extremely short hair was extremely unprofessional and rude throughout my visit. She didn’t smile once, spoke with a harsh tone, and rushed me to make a purchase without even allowing me to properly look at the bags. It felt very disrespectful and uncomfortable. After reading other reviews, I see that many customers have had similar negative encounters with the staff here. It is concerning that such behavior continues unchecked. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a very poor impression of Guess, and I will not be returning to this location.
I wanted to buy gifts for my family and not spend much, many other stores were judging me for asking this, but shout out to “Chelsea” for best service. She showed me best wallets in best price range.
Had a really unpleasant experience at the store in mills. Asked "the mgr" if they have mems wallet she didnt even look at me said it's there. As if I know where is "there" I looked her and said can u direct me where and as if I annoyed her. So I walked away very rude don't why she's working if she hates her job to serve customers.
Unprofessional staff and rude manager Went there yesterday picked up few pants to try went to change room and waited for few minutes to see if change room attendant will help me , guess what changed room was closed and almost everyone working there saw me waiting but didn’t have professionalism and respect to tell me changed room closed. Tried to talk to manager but obviously she ignored me, why are you having the clothing store open when you can’t try them on
There was 2 girls at guess accessories store very rude behaviour and plus laughing at customer one customer ahead of she gave him lot of change like dime and nickel so guy kindly ask her that if he could get 5$ bill instead and she was like started shaking head and said that’s what i have and started laughing with other girls and before even guy walked out humiliated they started making fun of him that’s really rude and unprofessional and disgusting behaviour Will never walk in again
I was shopping in this store on Saturday april 2. The girls in this store were so helpful. They convinced me that I needed the purse to match the shoes. They were right. Amazing staff. Great atmosphere.
