The staff are so rude, don't go there. Three of them are rude. The brown-haired staff member was organizing clothes in the middle and didn't move when I looked at them and just stared at me. Also, the long-haired black-haired staff member didn't need clothes so I asked where they were and they spoke to me rudely like, "What? What?" Then when it came time to pay, they yelled at me, "Cash or card?" and told me to pay over there as if they were ordering me around. This place is total hell. Don't ever go there.
Great experience when I went back to school shopping today. The sales lady was super sweet and helpful. My kids love the styles and honestly we haven’t yet been disappointed with the quality.
Yesterday in Urban Kids Promenade, I so someone dress like Santa Claus like an employee and I ask her what she's name and I wanna,thank you to Claudia she make my day :-) and happy to go inside to the store,my kids was very happy to see her(SO FUNNY) THANKS URBAN KIDS ,FOR EVERYTHING WHAT YOU DO FOR THE KIDS!❤️MERRY CHRISTMAS!
I came into the store and was amazed on how big and clean it was, they had so many sizes and not too many people were there. so i loved getting the customer service i got from the two girls that were there. one girl girl stood out the most, her name was danielle very informative between the sizes from kids to planet and she made amazing suggestions for my toddler for her only being 4. she helped me out with many different outfits. hands down the absolute best employee i’ve encountered throughout the years shopping at urban kids.
Horrible customer service from head office. If I could give zero stars I would! Absolutely disgusted!! Ryan from head office needs to learn what customer service means. Mistakes were made by employees but the customer pays the price. Do yourself a favor and shop else where!
Bought a hoodie for my daughter that was on sale at the $5 rack. The actual price tag itself said $10 so I confirmed with a sales associate that it was indeed $5. She confirmed that it was as was everything else on the rack. So when we went up to purchase I noticed that they charged me $7. Questioned the difference with a different sales associate and made a point to tell them this was confirmed by one of her colleagues. Pretty much given the run around on the origin of the price. Yes I know it’s only a 2 dollar difference but you guys really need to have better communication between everyone on prices in your store. Quality wise I’m honestly not expecting much for a $5 dollar hoodie. Or wait is it $7? I don’t know anymore.
Bought for my kid Hoodie and when got home found it' small, got back to store, and tried to change to bigger size. Same issue. Appear Problem wasn't in size but in how it's manufactured. So I asked to return it and get my money back. Appear as per store policy they never return money back. You can only exchange it or get store card. First time I see such thing in Canada - terrible
