If I could give this store zero stars i would. Not only did Laura be incompetent in helping me, she was rude and decided to pull other customers in a conversation they had no business to be a part of. First she claims that she is the store manager and then she is asking someone else the policy. She was not able to help me with two issues, one of which was her own stores fault.
The customer service was really good. Had issue with returns but the sales associate was very helpful and accommodating. She resolved our issue with in 5 minutes.

This location of Ever New was the absolute worst. Sales clerk were unhelpful, rude and condescending. My mom was trying to help me zip up a dress that I was trying on, one of the sales associate rudely asked my mom who is 73 years old to get out of the fitting room. I had to come out of the half naked for my mom to be able to zip me. Never had any issues with the Ever Nee located at the Hillcrest mall and Eaton Centre. Few days later I had to unfortunately go back at this location to return a dress bought from Hillcrest, sales associate was rude and impatient with me during the process of returning my item. Don’t go at this location, absolutely unenjoyable customer experience!
I had very bad service by rosie and mahan i guess I don’t remember their name . I visit about my dress enquire they way she is soo rude . Even i explain her that help me about i also listen this company has good customer service but she said i am working in 10 years in this company. This is not the way to talk with customer. This was hands down one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The service was absolutely unacceptable—slow, unprofessional, and clearly lacking any care for customers. I had high hopes, but this place completely let me down.. Save your time, money, and sanity—go literally anywhere else. Even i told her i ran there after my work for Continues two days but doesn’t help in returning my product as well she start making excuses . If she doesn’t want to you have to say before. Very disappointing service. Not only she makes excuses but also she said I can’t take return from other locations even i called other locations they said you can return and also they are not picking the calls . Please team taught her how to do customer service. Thanks
