I am so happy with their friendly attitude. They knew exactly what I wanted and helped me choose a fabulous dress. I have been searching here and there, and nothing was as elegant and beautiful as their selection of dresses. 10/10 for the friendly vibes and kindness. will definitely come back.
Poor service and extremely unprofessional. Trust me when I say this business is poorly run, you don not want to waste your time. Firstly, the owner is very hard to get a hold of by email, calls and texts, you have to chase her and she is always late to the appointments along with Emad (the seamster/tailor); at least an hour late and no respect for the customer's time. They know how to get you at first, but as soon as you pick a dress and pay the deposit, their attitude changes for the WORSE. Emad (man doing alterations) has no respect for women whatsoever with his rude tone and sarcasm. He likes to refer to himself as a "designer seamster" yet he does not listen to a word/request that the customer is saying. When you make a request that he does not like for the dress that YOU want and are paying alot for, he becomes rude, sarcastic and that made me believe that he is clueless at his job. He only wants to do it his way. As a bride, mother of the bride or any customer needing a dress for a very special event and does not need to deal with more stress, do not come to this place. I truly don't know how they are running a business but don't bother, there is definitely better out there. I take my reviews very seriously and I came in with my mom who you do have record of. I would not be writing such a detailed review and feel strongly about this if I did not experience it myself and with my mom.We also came in a few times not just once and this is a very accurate review. You should take it as a way to better your business and team rather than brush it off as if it never happened.
Amazing customer service! Always a smile on their faces, patiently willing to help the customer. I feel welcomed every time I go there. One if a kind gowns and fairly priced. Thank you for helping me to choose the perfect dress.
The people who work here are really helpful and polite. They have great options and it's really hard to find good dresses for weddings, this place solved all my troubles. :) Looking forward to visit again.
Very unprofessional, booked an appointment to make virtual call to speak about fabric never received any call from this company! Ignores emails and msgs this company is not serious about their business. Wouldn’t rely on them!
