I bought some expensive bar stools about 3 years ago and I had a problem with them cracking on a welded seam after 6 months. They replaced them without any problem whatsoever and now 3 years later another one has cracked. They had asked me to bring all four in and have them retrofitted, all with a sturdier weld and did not charge me. Their customer service is phenomenal. It was certainly worth spending the extra money and having a company stand behind its product.
Can say enough about this place. Absolutely love the selection and quality of the products. All staff are very pleasant and will definitely buy again in future and recommend again and again.
When I first found out about Chair Source, I thought all they sold was chairs but they had a large collection of tables as well. We were looking for a kitchen/breakfast table and we went to a lot of different stores. I couldn't quite find one that worked for our family and Chair Source had a very unique selection where we were able to find one that worked perfectly in our space. We ended up buying the Trica Sculpture with a glass top. The table wasn't the cheapest but they are unique, customizable and great quality. I believe they are worth the premium. Marta and the store manager (I don't remember his name) helped us with the purchase. Both were very friendly and patient. Marta understood that such a purchase would require some contemplation and never pressured us to buy. After seeing the table for the first time, we looked around elsewhere and shortly came back to finalize the purchase. We were told it'll take about 8 weeks to manufacture and deliver. It was exactly on schedule. I highly recommend anyone looking for dining room tables (or chairs) to check out Chair Source.
Came here with my mom Saturday afternoon to look for counter height chairs as we've heard great things! We were highly highly disappointed at the lack of customer service. The store was not busy with about 5/6 employees, not a single employee welcomed us, asked if we needed help with anything and seemed as if they were turning away from us when we would try to approach for questions. Sad because we did like a few pieces but due to the overall customer experience we will be taking our business elsewhere.
We bought six chairs for our dining room from chair source and were serviced by Robert. The sales experience itself was great. Robert was knowledgeable and helpful, we made a decicison quickly, made the purchase and paid for the delivery since we live quite a distance from the store and were delighted that the they arrived very quickly. For this part of our journey with chair source I would have rated them a 5 star! However the chairs came in defective and the replacement was ordered for us. Now, with 3 chairs defective chair source expects us to do make our own delivery of the defective chairs and pick up the replacement or pay for the additional delivery charge. I am not sure how this fits within customer care but it is quite dissapointing since their product arrived with a defective fabric.
After a lengthy search for the perfect chairs, we walked into the ChairSource and said to each other, "if we can't find them here, they don't exists!" Thank you ChairSource for your patience, and sharing our vision of the perfect chairs. The trip to your store so very worth it! Can't wait for the chairs to arrive!
The experience was great from the moment we walked into the store. Customer service was exceptional and the stools and chairs we purchased were superior quality. Robert was amazing and was always prompt to reply to emails and phone calls. I will definitely be returning for future purchases.
