Amazing customer service! Through no fault of Zilli, there was an issue with the fabric on the sectional couch that we purchased. We reached out to Angela who talked to her manager and reached out to the company to resolve the issue for us. Angela was great at the in store visit to help us select our colours and after the sale went over and above for us. We are very happy with our choice to shop at Zilli.
Extremely disappointing experience. I bought a sofa just two weeks ago, and it already has issues. I contacted the company expecting proper customer service for such a new purchase, but instead, I was met with unhelpful responses and a rude manager who refused to take responsibility or offer a replacement. It’s unacceptable for a brand-new sofa to have problems this soon, and even worse to be treated disrespectfully when asking for a solution. I would never recommend this company — poor quality products and even worse customer service.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Zilli. Magy assisted us to furnish some rooms in our home. She has a great eye for detail and I was very impressed that she could look at pictures of our rooms and accurately guess the dimensions. She provided great suggestions for rugs that complemented our space. Magy was not pushy, very patient, helpful and kind. The store has unique pieces with great pricing. I would recommend. We will be back and this was worth the drive to Vaughan.

During COVID most company's service level has dropped but at Zilli you still feel important as a client. Magy gave us all the information we were looking for and helped us finalize our dinning table with our custom chairs. She was patient and very warm. We left Zilli with a smile on our face, would highly recommend shopping here.
