Bought a beautiful recliner on march 24 2025. Paid in full. Was to be called when the chair was delivered to warehouse. 2-3 weeks was estimated by sales person. I sent message to sales person regarding the obvious delay on May 3. No respond!! Decided to calm down until Friday. May 7 I received a call from La-Z-Boy warehouse wondering when they can expect us to pick up our chair. It was in warehouse for quite a while 2 weeks maybe. I had no idea! I love my chair but not too impressed with service. Thus 3 stars.
We had a very positive experience at La-Z-Boy! We successfully found what we were looking for. Our sales associate Anet was a pleasure to deal with and offered great suggestions and explained everything very thoroughly. We would be happy to return for any future purchases!
Hasan is an excellent salesperson. Knows all of the products, options and services thoroughly. Is a keen listener and took the time to understand the context of my purchase and patiently described product combinations. Look forward to my next purchase at La-Z-Boy Vaughan Mills. Update: received the love-seat a week ago and very happy with it. The upholstery is well fitted without any wrinkles and appears just like the sample swatch. The Draper love-seat is great for someone who is taller (I’m 6’3”) and offers good back support. Look forward to many years of “La-Z”-ness.
Andrew guided us for buying sofa, gave us plenty of options to customize it on fabric, design and colors. Also suggested to book free in-house design which helped us a lot finalized the product. I will rate his service very high

Update: After reaching out to executives at La-Z-Boy who offered us the option to exchange our set. We ended up choosing something else, and paying more than we were credited in the how’s of getting something better. Unfortunately, after about 16 months, the new set is showing signs of material degeneration, and the seat cushions, despite being rotated regularly, are becoming lumpy with signs of internal slippage. We are a household of three adults and no pets, so we are not using it excessively. Disappointing from a company whose name I used to equate with quality. Edit: Never did hear from the employee who ignored our email, but long story short they refused to replace all of our cushions without us chipping in an additional $150 dollars. They tried to blame us for not "rotating" the cushions (4 months is all we've had them and I was away for a month so some of them weren't even sat on) and then told us they weren't covered under the warranty but they would replace two of them. Eventually we were so sick of going back and forth, we agreed to pay the extra for the full replacements, but we were told that the new cushions would have no warranty. So beware of buying from this company - they will not admit to giving us shoddy product, made us pay for part of the replacement and refuse to cover the new cushions from any defect. I will not buy from La-Z-Boy again. Have had our couch/love seat for about 4 months. All cushion seat covers are sliding, 2 of them very badly. Contacted customer service who were unhelpful and advised us to contact the store. An email with pictures has gone completely ignored by our salesperson, Lola. Yesterday we took the cushions to the store where no manager was available and sales associates could not help. Lola was unable to explain why our email was ignored. We were told the manager would come in today and contact us, but so far - nothing. Seems like ignoring problems is the store’s favoured way of dealing with them.
