Absolutely worst experience! The work hasn't been completed even after 6 months. I reached out to Closet Solution after looking at their reviews and the initial response from their end was pretty good. Hannah, from their team was quick to respond and usually got everything sorted nicely. They are definitely not the cheapest option out there but weren't too expensive and the way they had everything organized till my initial experience made me go ahead with them. I even paid the entire amount in advance, as required by their policy to be able to procure items. After I made the full payment (in February 2024), Kiril, possibly, the owner of this company assured me that the work can be completed in next 3-4 weeks, at the most. I had flooring work to be done by another vendor as well so they said it would be better to do the closet work afterwards. I agreed to it and exactly, on schedule, when my other contractor finished the flooring, I asked them to come and validate their measurements and get the work completed in the initially promised 3-4 weeks. This is the time when Hannah left this company so, Kiril himself came to my place, took the measurements and after a good 3 week period said, we can't do the doors because there is a hardware shortage from his supplier. He will rather send someone to do the closet set up and keep the doors for later. Maybe a couple of weeks or so. I agreed to that as well. This was in the 1st week of May. Now, we are in the 1st week of August and I still don't have the doors for all 3 closets. Kiril barely responded to any of my calls or messages and whenever he did (very very rarely), it was only to tell me that there is either a hardware shortage issue, or lack of manpower due to which he is not able to confirm on a date for my installation of doors. From the last 2 weeks, he has completely ghosted me now. He doesn't pick my calls, he doesn't respond to my messages and neither has he sent anyone to install the doors. Helplessly, I am writing this review to get a response from Closet Solution and get my closet doors, and also, to let everyone be aware of the reality of Closet Solution, at the moment.
It was so frustrating dealing with the owner, he doesn't care a bit about his own business, and has zero communication skill. I cannot warn you enough to avoid this company at all cost. A 2-day installation became 2 months (which could be much longer had I not chased him every few days) with lots of issues. FYI, I never made any unnecessary complains, I just started getting upset after waiting for too long with no certainty. In the beginning, everything was smooth; I had Hanna as the designer and she was great. On the first day of installation, one of the cabinets had an incorrect measurement, so they had to recut it and postponed the second day installation. However, I couldn't get an exact date and was told repeatedly that it would be done the following week, weeks after weeks. Hanna always responded to my emails but she couldn't do anything because her boss (Kirill) wouldn't give her a date. Then after a few weeks, Hanna left the company and seems like the contractors that did the installation also left. Then the nightmare began, I had to deal with Kirill myself. He barely responded to my emails, text and calls, with very long response time too. After weeks of frustration, I finally got the date a month later, but he missed so many things (i.e. door handles, door railing) although he should have had everything the previous month. I had to went through hell again to reach him, then I got another installation date yet another month later. He hired subcontractors to do the 2nd and 3rd installation, and it was horrible. The one guy who is the owner of the subcontracting business was nice and did a good job overall, but was very intolerant. I got complaints both times. They kept doing work in the hallway (I live in condo) and opened the unit door while doing work inside, causing excessive noise to my neighbors, although I repeatedly told them not to. I have had a bad experience with another closet manufacturer (same issue like missing stuff etc), and I thought I finally found a good one, but nope, this is the worst company ever. At least the other company tried to compensate me and always responded to my text. It's ok if they make a mistake but try to rectify it, or at least if the owner cares and tries to keep the customer satisfied; but what can you do if even the owner doesn't even care at all. If I didn't try so hard to reach him, my project would probably have been abandoned considering how he lost everything for my project by the second month already.

I very highly recommend this company ! Hanna was a pleasure to deal with and loved how they sent me graphic images on the layout of my closet and built in ! The gentlemen installing were very pleasant to deal with and took a lot of care while doing the install and hardly made a mess!
