I purchased the Inca pullout couch, and the quality has been overwhelmingly disappointing. After just over a year and a half, the seat bottoms out and is uncomfortable to sit on, and the 'click-clack' mechanism is broken so the back sags and will not stay up. The wheels on the pullout portion also cracked and fell apart. Really such a waste, I expected a product that would last for at least a few more years.
The whole process from order to delivery was very smooth and efficient. Before ordering I had some questions that I sent by email, to which they responded very quickly. They also must be psychic - just as I was about to shoot them an email asking some questions about my sofa, "ping" I received a message answering my questions! All round top experience and deserved 5 star rating! Oh and the cat approves too!
Sale, delivery snd setup process was smooth. The pull out sofa is perfect size for a small room. It's good quality and comfortable. There is convenient storage for blankets and pillows. Highly recommended.
Kevin and the team from Small Space Plus were awesome in helping us purchase a new condo-sized couch. We got the Sedona couch with Queen pull-out bed. There were so many beautiful fabrics to choose from and I love that the couch was made to order in Canada. The Small Space Plus team also accommodated our moving schedule. We would purchase from there again.
I purchased the Maya couch in mustard color off of their website. There was an issue with shipping (website quoted it weirdly low at 15$ for a pretty heavy couch) so they called me the next day with the actual price, offering me to either cancel the order or to pay the difference of the revised quote. I decided to still take it. It was delivered to Montreal pretty quickly. SPP had included an additional set of slipcovers (brown) with the delivery as a thank you for being one of the first customers from Quebec. Sadly, the mustard color ended up being wayyyy different in person than on the website. Also, while it was nice of them, I wasn't a fan of the brown slipcovers they had sent. I contacted SPP about it and they offered to send me a third set of slipcovers for free, excluding shipping charges. I picked the Light Grey ones (after seeing actual pictures of them, not just the images on the website) and am happy with it. While I didn't get exactly what I wanted in the end, the people at SPP were very nice to deal with and accomodating.
Only negative point is that delivery arrived one week after expected. Otherwise, we are very satisfied with our new sofa-bed (Valencia) so far. It's pretty, functional, light so easy to move around the apartment. Not the most comfortable couch we tried at SmallSpacesPlus or elsewhere but decent. Easily turned into a bed. Outstanding service from the delivery staff; they removed and took away the packaging, gave us the opportunity to inspect it and showed us how to make it into a bed and move the sectional part. I would recommend.
