I love the advice and energy of the customer service at this location. Jenna was fantastic with my parents and I. Gave me a full run down of the item and transparency with payment and offered protections. Also was super enthusiastic about decor. Would definitely come back for more service!!
The whole experience at Hoya Casa was perfect! They had a huge variety of quality furniture and decor. Palak and Jenna helped us from beginning to the end with choosing a furnitures for our new house. They made sure our needs were met and helped us to customize the furnitures we chose and to ship them on time. The team was really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend them if you want to elevate your house!
Fatemeh was incredibly supportive in our purchase of a Jasper couch! She helped us measure, visualize the couch and showed us so many examples so we could understand what it would look like in our space. Will definitely come back to this location and work with her again! All other associates were lovely as well!

Upon entering the store, Fatemeh greeted us pleasantly. She was very knowledgeable in answering any questions we had and enlightening us as to things we wouldn’t have thought to ask about. Miley, the manager was also incredibly helpful. It is also important to mention the sweet dog (aka sales associate) Jojo. Thank you for the great service and excellent product.
Excellent services and experience buying furniture here. I planned to visit 5 different stores, but Fatemeh made me so happy that I finish my selection here all at once!!! I will come back for other stuff as well.
