The Team at Urban Accents went above and beyond when we were in a jamb. Not only did the have the product and the quantities that we were looking for, but they also made sure that they could get it in house for our ship date to the show at CES in Las Vegas. such an amazing team and pleasure to work with.
Got a furniture delivered which we had booked. The assistance with delivery was near zero , the couch which was delivered was so dirty. Very disappointing and disgusted with the entire experience. @urban accents please train your staff to be more empathetic and firstly to be humans.
I just moved into a new home and I purchased kitchen chairs, island chairs, 2 upholstered headboards, coffee table and 2 occasional chairs all from Urban Accents. Price point is great, quality is awesome and staff has always been very helpful . I have referred all my family and friends to come check out Urban Accents.

Horrible customer service. I returned a product at this store, I ended up with a credit cause they didn't want to give me my money back than they told me they don't remember my credit, they don't have it on file and there is nothing they can do . They took my money and didn't care to honor the credit. Very untrustworthy store.
We ordered a glass dining table with a wooden walnut base for $350+tax. What was delivered was a wrought iron base with a walnut paint on it, and the glass thickness is 0.5 cm. Plus the table is so light, it moves if you accidentally brush your leg against it. Disappointed with the quality for the given description and price.
Delivery was on time and left at door - I purchased a glass dining table with legs of course but when I opened the package I found only the glass but no legs ..... it took time for me to call and wait again for the next delivery shippment ....
